Some days you want caffeine and some days you don't. Inno Shred comes in two versions, Organic Caffeine and Stim Free, so you pick the one that fits your day.

What's inside.

Two capsules of the Organic Caffeine version give you 200 mg of PurCaf organic caffeine, 300 mg of green tea leaf extract, 300 mg of green coffee bean extract, 300 mg of CLA, 100 mg of Capsimax capsicum extract and 25 mg of Paradoxine grains of paradise, in a cellulose capsule. The Stim Free version's full list is on its pack.

Two capsules before you eat.

Take 2 capsules with water 30 to 60 minutes before a meal, or before a morning workout. Start with 1 capsule to see how you get on. On the Organic Caffeine version, skip other caffeine and don't take it late in the day.
